Join Chris Bentson at the 2018 NESO Annual Meeting as Chris Bentson presents, The New Orthodontic Economic Model - Trends, Data, and Metrics. The orthodontic specialty is moving from a historical and well-known economic model to a new digital economy model. As this transition takes place, some fundamental business metrics used to measure and manage the orthodontic practice are changing and need to be understood. Concurrent with this economic model change practice modalities, doctor demographics and consumer preferences are also evolving. Chris Bentson will explore the business data regarding where the specialty has been, where it is today, and a view of where it is headed.
