Asking how your practice will stay competitive is one of the simplest, yet most important questions you can ask. Trends come and go - but it’s always business as usual. The way orthodontists are doing business is changing in many ways and one must understand these shifts to adapt and stay aggressive (including converting into a fully digital practice). In this lecture, Chris will examine consumer demographics, explore today's rapidly changing market trends, dive into real practice data, and much more. This presentation is derived from 30+ years of experience as an on-the-ground observer of orthodontic practices in North America and the corporate entities that exist today.
