Chris Bentson will present, The New Orthodontic Economic Model: Trends, Data, and Metrics in Toronto.
The orthodontic specialty is moving from a historical and well-known economic model to a new digital economy model. As this transition takes place, some fundamental business metrics used to measure and manage the orthodontic practice are changing and need to be understood. Concurrent with this economic model change practice modalities, doctor demographics and consumer preferences are also evolving. This presentation will put forth the business data on where the specialty has been, where it is today, and a view of where it is headed. An hour of discussion after the presentation is reserved.
Just wanted to say thank you for your presentation yesterday. I thought it was great and provided us with a great perspective.
